  • ⟢ all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit fee of $30 (not including wax appointments)


    ⟢ the card on file is saved and will be charged for future deposit fees or any penalty fees.


    ⟢ deposit fees will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.


    ⟢ APPOINTMENTS WITH NO DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED AND WILL BE CANCELLED.

  • ⟢ Please arrive ontime. :]

    ⟢ There will be a grace period of 10 minutes.

    ⟢ Arriving after the 10 minute grace period may result in your appointment being cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.

    ⟢ LMC (last minute cancellation) fee may also go into effect with no prior notice.

  • ⟢ please notify me 24-48 hours in advanced before your appointment to be able to use your current deposit fee.

    ⟢ Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

    ⟢ “no show” will not be tolerated and will be charged with 50% of intended service. LMC (last minute cancellation) may take effect.
